My name is Maria Francesca, and I may be the ideal tutor for you! I am a nutrition student at Arizona State University on my last semester of studies and native Italian. I lived in Italy all my life and now that I moved in USA I would be happy to help you to learn my language. As part of my work, I tutor students in Italian Language (including reading, vocabulary and writing). and test prep (GED, GRE, SHSAT, SAT). Besides tutoring, I also have a lot of work experience as a substitute teacher and teaching assistant in various classrooms. I have experience with students of all ages, and grade of knowledge. In general, I favor a "hands-on" approach to teaching that involves a lot of interaction between the tutor and student, and concrete experiences in addition to worksheets. However, my specific methods vary according to the subject being taught and the learning style of the student. I look forward to hearing from you!
