I currently attend Paradise Valley Community College and am pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Literature.

Experience

I tutored for some time in high school. I received a 30 on my ACT Test and a 1972 on my SAT Test. I also took AP English Language my Junior Year of High School and received a 4. I want to be a tutor so that I can help students receive an understanding of a subject that might be difficult for them to get in a typical classroom situation. I am patient, friendly, and adaptable to the needs of a specific child.

Hobbies

I love to read, which is why that particular subject is the focus of my tutoring set. I believe that anyone can learn to love reading as long as they find something to connect to. I believe that a student who doesn't like to read is a student who just hasn't found the right book yet.
