I'm a tutor who is based out of Phoenix, Arizona, where I enjoy playing tennis, watching Netflix, and taking apart and repairing computers when I'm not in the classroom working with students. I have my bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University, where I graduated with magna cum laude honors. I spent a few years working after undergrad, but eventually decided to pursue the field of medicine. I received my M.D. from the university of Iowa, and am currently in residency here in Phoenix. I'm deeply passionate about tutoring, which is why I decided to continue working with students even while completing a busy residency schedule. I was lucky enough to have great academic mentors throughout my time in school, and so part of why I tutor is to return that favor to the next generation of students. I began tutoring in undergrad, where I worked with students in engineering and advanced calculus courses. While working after undergrad, I continued to tutor college students and also taught MCAT and college prep courses. After performing well on my medical board exams, I was also invited to tutor board prep exam for graduate medical students. Tutoring is something that I thoroughly enjoy, and I'd be honored to help you reach whatever academic goals you may have.
