I earned my bachelor's degree in math at San Diego State University. Technically my major was mathematics for single subject teaching, and as such, I'm able to use various different teaching ways to help you understand the topic. I like to make math fun and interesting, utilizing real applications of math concepts in unique methods to help you remember the steps to solve problems. You learn how to think about math, and not just how to get the answer. Rather than walking you through problem after problem, I will show you I look at problems from different perspectives and decide upon the best way to solve it. In addition to math, I'm bilingual, and I am a native Spanish speaker. I look forward to tutoring algebra, calculus, geometry, elementary and middle school level math, computer science topics, and Spanish. In my free time, I enjoy computers, video games, movies, and motorcycles.
