I have experience tutoring in a wide range of subjects, and I love working with students of all age levels. I work with my students to determine their learning strengths and weakness, and then I solicit their feedback on where they believe they need assistance. This let's me build and individualized teaching plan to fit each students needs and to meet those needs as effectively as possible. I strive to make my students self-reliant so that as they progress down their learning path, they will have more confidence and will be successful. I also work with my students to establish learning goals and strive to give them every skill they need to reach or exceed those goals. I tutor in the subject areas of Algebra, Elementary and Middle School Math, Anatomy, Physiology, Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, College Essays, Psychology, Arithmetic, IB Extended Essay, Physical Science, Public Speaking, Pharmacology, Science, English, Math, Literary Analysis, Persuasive Writing, and Social Sciences. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy hiking and snowboarding. I also volunteer at both an animal shelter and with hospice care providers. Currently, I am a Nursing major at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona working toward my Bachelor of Science degree. I also have a dual minor in Psychology and Social Work.
