I'm a tutor who currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Spanish with a credential in Latin American Studies from Arizona State University. I also have a master's in School Guidance Counseling.Here are the subjects I teach: Spanish 1-4,Test Prep, AP Spanish Literature and Culture, Languages, SAT Subject Test in Spanish, and SAT Subject Test in Spanish with Listening.The Spanish language isn't just part of my teaching career; it's also what I live for. I lived in four Spanish-speaking countries, specifically, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, and Guatemala.I have been teaching Spanish for the past 20 years. When I conduct my lessons, I use methods that are both mentally stimulating and fun. For example, I only speak Spanish in class in order for my students to adapt to the language. I also help my students learn the language by singing songs, acting out skits, using visuals, and telling stories. My courses may appear strict, but they will pay off in the long run if my students decide to go to a Spanish-speaking country one day.I spend my free time by hiking, camping, biking, traveling the world, and hanging out with my wife and two daughters.
