I'm a tutor based in Phoenix, Arizona, where I love to spend time golfing and hiking outside of the classroom. As a tutor, I've worked with a wide variety of students from various different age groups as diverse as 3rd graders and college students. I received my bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Arizona State University, where I graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, I'm in my fourth year of medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where I'm pursuing my M.D. With my science background, I tend to tutor subjects like biology, life sciences, and graduate test prep the most. I am particularly passionate about working with students who are preparing to take the MCAT exam. As a medical student myself, I know firsthand how difficult preparing for the test can be. It's extremely rewarding to be able to help a student reach their goals on the exam. There's truly nothing like helping another person get into the medical school of their dreams. When I'm tutoring students, I try to give them the guidance they need to reach the correct answer themselves, rather than simply tell them the correct answer.
