My studies at ASU in the Education program have provided me with useful skills that help me connect with students. It is not always enough to simply be an expert in your field, good teachers also have to learn ‘how to teach,’ and I have dedicated myself to applying the art of good teaching to my fields of expertise. Have taught/CO-taught Biology, anatomy, exercise physiology at Desert Vista High school, Mountain Pointe High school, and Peoria Middle school. I am forever a Student. I recently Graduated Arizona State University and am currently in the process of applying to Medical school at the University of Arizona phoenix campus. I have spent the majority of my life in schools, and have always been very successful in educational settings. I grew up in a Large family and had to take care of many of siblings. In many ways I found myself in these services to my family, I learned that I love working with kids, and that I am very good at connecting with people. I plan to pursue my ambitions in every aspect of my life: in medicine I will pursue a careers working in pediatrics and in education I have found great fulfillment in empower others with the ability to succeed in school.
